REGISTRATION

We are pleased to accept enrollment throughout the year. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a visit or discuss enrollment.

A complete list of tuition fees is available at the studio or by request.

Our annual dance year runs from September to June. We hold space for your student(s) for this entire period and students are expected to pay their monthly tuition regardless of travel, injury or other. If a student needs to withdraw from their class(es), a 30-day notice is required.

TUITION PAYMENTS

Once a student has registered and paid their first month’s tuition, all subsequent tuition payments will be set up for auto withdrawal due on the 1st of the month through Square.

LATE PAYMENTS

For any failed monthly payment, a $20 late fee will automatically be applied, so if you know you can’t make a payment, contact us in advance to avoid the late fee.

EXCEPTIONS

We understand there are sometimes exceptions, so just reach out to us. Please understand every exception takes time out of our schedules and means we have to spend more time doing administrative tasks vs. teaching, so these will be carefully evaluated on a case by case scenario.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

We also understand that sometimes dancers just can’t make their regularly scheduled class(es). Students have the option to make up classes within 30 days of their absence. If a class isn’t made up in this period, students will forfeit that option.
