We want to let you know that the best way to communicate with us is by email. If you send an email and don't hear back from us during a regular dance week, please feel free to phone the studio as we do not receive every email that is sent to us. Take into consideration that we may not be able to get back to you when we are in a Workshop, at a Feis, at the Nationals, the Oireachtas), during our Annual Recital, St. Pat's, and the Winter Holidays.
Breda, Molly and Sinead respond to emails that come in through the studio email. As we have over 300 dancers, we get a lot of emails and phone calls and we want to respond to everyone. We have noticed that some people send emails that are lengthy with a lot of technical questions. Sometimes we are stumped by your questions and need to find out the answers. We certainly want to get back to every person who emails us, so, here's some tips you should remember when emailing the studio.
- Summarize or number your questions for a speedy response.
- For a Private Lesson say Private Lesson with Sinead in the subject heading
- For a Billing Question say so in the subject heading & address to Molly
- For a Costume Question say so in the subject heading
- For a question to Breda, say Question for Breda in the subject heading
- And so on... This kind of communication from you to us should ensure a speedier response to email questions.
Points to Remember:
- As we are a dance studio not a regular day business, our business is conducted in the evening not during the day.
- Our Portland classes run Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, and Saturday mornings. On Fridays, Sinead teaches championship classes and is not in the studio office, therefore, she is not available by phone.
- We are in the studio when classes are in session. We are not here during the day. If you call during the day, leave a message on the studio phone.
- If you need to get in touch with us during regular dance class, try the studio phone 503-249-9009, if no response, call Molly at 503-806-7714 (Tues & Thurs evenings) or Breda at 360-721-1614 (Wed, Thurs, evenings & Sat mornings).
- We pick up phone calls after 9:30 pm when dance class is over.
- Please remember that Sinead is not available to take phone calls when she is teaching a class. Feel free to leave a message.
